From the www.mnwest.edu homepage, hover over Student Services and select Health & Safety Resources. The Health & Safety page will provide you with many tools and resources for physical and mental health. Select the box that says Mental Health & Wellness. There will be three boxes with free Mental Health Resources. The first box will take you to Minnesota West’s Mental Health & Wellness Coordinator. The coordinator is a licensed professional clinical counselor who can help with stress management, anxiety, and depression. You can set up an appointment to meet at any of our Campuses or the Luverne Center or you can meet virtually through phone or Zoom.
You will see Mantra Health Services in box number two. We have partnered with Mantra Health to provide 24/7 Mental Health services to students. Some of Mantra’s services include self-care, peer support, emotional wellness coaching, therapy, ConnectNow problem-solving, and 24/7 crisis support. To signup click Sign Up Through The Care Hub. To login use your Minnesota West school email. Once you create an account, you will be able to explore services.

The third box, Togetherall Peer-Support, is a safe, anonymous peer support network where you connect with others. To get signed up you will need to scroll down on the Togetherall page and select the link. The instructions to sign up are listed. You can follow the steps to get signed up. Other resources on the Mental Health & Wellness page such as 988, which is a 24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline that you can call, text, or chat with trained crisis counselors. Scrolling down on the page you will find an accordion with additional mental health resources or you can click the button that says Additional Resources by Location if you want to find an outside source in your area.
