How Do I Look Up My StarID and/or Change My StarID Password

Go to: Your e-Services Student Account.

You will need your StarID and password

To find your StarID or your StarID Password

At the main login in screen:

1. Choose "Need Login Help?" to the right of the Login ID field.

2. Locate and choose "StarID Help." 

3. A new window, StarID Self Service, will open.

4. You may choose to find your StarID or StarID Password as well as change your StarID Password.  You may also select to Manage your Profile.

5. Choose appropriate link and follow instructions.

Choose "Home" in the left menu and locate the "Help Videos" section at the right of the screen.
